We were upgraded to a very nice 1 bedroom suite.
The office it across the street. Inconvenient.

The hotel was very nice overall. Our reservation was screwed up, but they ended up upgrading us to a nice suite. We were a few feet from the beach which was nice, Not thrilled with the pools. I did not like the fact that we had to buy coupons at the front desk next door to get a drink at the bar. (all inclusive) ...read more

Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

A very nice hotel, but a distance from the port where we had to go the next morning to meet our cruise ship.

Spacious rooms, located on a beautiful stretch of beach and
kitchen helped to save on meals.
Confusing and inconvenient, majority of staff was unfriendly.

The room itself was great. We were visiting friends, so we really just needed a nice clean room. The room was very large and clean, with a balcony overlooking one of the pools and a full kitchen. However, staying at this hotel as a non all-inclusive guest was very inconvenient and confusing. The lobby to our actual hotel was down the road and across the street. Too far to walk from our room, so we were forced to rely on the hotels shuttle system which rarely drove to our remote corner of the hotel. To catch a cab into town we had to walk to the lobby of the adjoining Tamarijn hotel. To get a drink or or food at any of the hotel's bars or restaurants, we had to buy tickets at the lobby and were often treated rudely. Very frustrating. We finally just started going to other, nicer hotels during the day to sit by their pools and order drinks. ...read more

The high availability of restaurants and bars were outstanding in suiting my needs.
The hotel that was reserved does not have an attached check in desk.

The hotel was in a wonderful location and had a great amount of amenities, although, if the hotel had a check in facility within proximity or that was on the same side of the road it would increase the desirability of choosing this particular hotel. ...read more
